Return and Exchange Policy You can submit a return request within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Special conditions apply during sales and seasons; please review them: Conditions for Exchange / Return: 1- Abayas must be in their original condition, unused, and the order should have no notes or additions. The return relates to the size if the product received is different from the order or if the abaya has damage from the store that requires return. All attached tags must be intact, not removed, and undamaged. This excludes gifts attached to the order, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 2- Products that cannot be returned (perfumes and sprays). 3- If the product has a defect or error, Love of a Human bears all costs. 4- After the policy is issued by Love of a Human, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest Aramex shipping branch or hand over the shipment to the courier, with the delivery fee charged to the customer. 5- The following will be deducted if the customer requests an exchange or return: * Cash on delivery fee * Shipping fee of 29.50 riyals * Bank transfer fee of 6 riyals 6- For international returns, the customer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. If there is a defect or error, the customer will be compensated. 7- You can return discounted or promotional products, but you will lose the discount value and must pay the difference. Return Procedure: 1- The request is submitted via WhatsApp with the order number. Number: 0538346353 2- Specify the reason for the return of the item and provide its details. 3- When receiving a request with a defect or error, photos must be provided showing the defects or errors, along with a picture of the barcode on the item to be compensated with products or a refund. 4- After completing the submission, wait for the policy to be delivered (the policy is sent via text message, WhatsApp, or email within 4 working days), then deliver the products to the shipping offices. (The policy is valid for 7 working days). 5- Your request will be updated once the delivery status is updated by the shipping company. 6- After handing over the items to the shipping company, they will be inspected to ensure no defects, and then the refund will be processed to your account within 7 to 14 working days. 7- No return requests are accepted after one week of receiving the order. 8- Return requests for abayas are accepted only if the customer pays the difference between the received product and the replacement. 9- The refund will be made via the same payment method or by bank transfer if paid cash on delivery.
